Life is too short to wear boring socks.

So, today was AMAZING. And horrible. Why? Because

1. I GOT THE CAR. For the entire day. I dropped my mom off at work and I drove all over the place the whole day until I had to pick her up at 6.

2. The condition that I got the car under was that I'd use it to go and apply for jobs. I must have walked into 30 or 40 stores today. About half of those said (like I told my parents they would) "Sorry, we aren't hiring now." Three quarters of the remaining half all said, "Well, we aren't hiring at the moment, but we're hiring for fall. You can still fill out an application, and we'll call you if anything comes up." The remaining 8th were the very few who actually were hiring as well as the ones who didn't bother to say whether they were or not, just shoved an application in my face.

3. I got called back from the guy from the play, and I HAVE A PART! Well, ok, thats not really that exciting, because everyone has a part, but I have a NAMED character! *bounces about* Which is really cool, though I don't know much about it. I will play Jane, 1st officer of the pirates, which leads me to believe its a pretty good part if Im second in command of the pirates and I have a name. SICK!

Anyways, accompaning tomorrow ($$!), watering plants, so I'm still earning money, at least some. :)
